XTREME GRIND 342C: is a fully synthetic, high lubricity grinding fluid designed for use on ferrous metals. This oil-rejecting fluid provides excellent in-process corrosion protection for parts and machine tools. XTREME GRIND 342C runs exceptionally clean, has excellent bio-resistance, is virtually non-foaming, and releases entrained air rapidly. The product has been formulated with surfactants specifically selected to promote rapid chip settling with excellent metal wetting properties thereby reducing cycle times, and improving G ratios. XTREME GRIND 342C is primarily designed for medium to heavy-duty grinding operations but can be used in machining operations as well. Transparent to slightly opaque in appearance. XTREME GRIND 321: is a full synthetic grinding fluid designed for use on ferrous metals. XTREME GRIND 321 does not contain any petroleum oil, making it environmentally friendly. This oil-rejecting fluid provides excellent in-process corrosion protection for parts and machine tools. XTREME GRIND 321 runs exceptionally clean, has excellent bio-resistance and is virtually non-foaming. The product has been formulated with aquatic friendly surfactants specifically selected to promote rapid chip settling, good flushing properties, reduced cycle times, and improved G ratios. CARB GRIND 305: is synthetic metalworking fluid formulated especially for the grinding of cemented tungsten carbide. Most standard metalworking fluids contain several sources of amines to help with corrosion control and pH stabilization. Amines cause cobalt to dissolve from carbide and as the level of dissolved cobalt increases in the fluid so does the potential for significant health problems. CARB GRIND 305 is specifically designed to prevent the leaching of cobalt to ensure a safe working environment for the machine tool operators. CARB GRIND 305 is also designed to reduce the residue problem associated with other amine free fluids designed for carbide grinding. Q-GRIND 332: is a moderate duty solution synthetic grinding fluid. This fluid is particularly well suited for ball or spherical grinding operations as well as ring grinding. This oil-rejecting fluid provides excellent in-process corrosion protection for parts and machine tools while keeping plates and abrasive surfaces clean and free cutting. Q-GRIND 332 has a state of the art surfactant package that helps promote the separation of fine particulate to maintain cleaner fluid and longer sump life. Q-GRIND 332 also has excellent bio-resistance and is low foaming. This product is recommended for use with all ferrous alloys as well as hardened steel grades such as heat treated 4130 and 4340 steels. Transparent blue in appearance.
